私たちの流儀
客室ではなく、ひとつの住所。
訪ねる家と、暮らす家があります。Palazzo Santa Croce は後者です。同じ門の奥に4つのレジデンス。門の前の広場では、今もヴェネツィアの人々が待ち合わせをしています。ご自分の暗証番号で入り、荷物を置き、窓を開ける。あとは街に任せてください。
館について
ひとつの建物、ヴェネツィアでの4つの過ごし方
館は Campo San Giacomo dall’Orio に面し、地区でもっとも古い教会の鐘楼の隣に建っています。厚い壁、中庭、年月を隠さない階段。ヴェネツィアの本物の建物です。
内部は抑えた手つきで整えました。清潔な面、自然光、美しく古びる素材。過去を装う装飾はありません。過去はすでに壁の中にあります。

Santa Croce は、街が街のままでいる地区です。広場で遊ぶ子どもたち、市場での買い物、夕食前のバーカロでの一杯。Rialto までは12分、San Marco までは20分あまり。けれど夜には、ここへ帰ってきます。家に戻るのに列に並ぶ必要はありません。
